Phenological observations are sometimes influenced by extraordinary external influences - a typical example would be late frost or drought. This events can affect the entry times of the following phenological phases. So far there is no uniform standard to report these influences. Nevertheless, we tried to implement a framework to store this information. Ongoing adjustments are very likely.
